Frequently Asked Questions

HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? WE'RE HERE TO ANSWER
  • Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a membership model of healthcare that puts patients first by giving patients easier access to their physician.

  • Our practice is devoted to the maintenance of your good health, to the enhancements of your daily experience that only physical well-being can bring. We’re here for your reactive needs. But proactive healthcare is important, and we’re here for that, too.

Our goal is to limit or eliminate your need for non-emergent acute visits at clinics such as urgent care, by efficiently being responsive to your clinical concerns. In addition, we can also be available via phone, text, email or virtual visits for health care needs that arise when you are away from home.

  • In order to give the most personalized care possible, we do not accept insurance. We believe this model is most effective when medical decisions are between the doctor and patient, not an insurance company.

  • We are appointment-based only, but can often accommodate visits within 24 hours.

  • All emergencies should be handled with 911 or in the emergency room. Members will be given several methods to contact our team for urgent or non urgent matters.

  • Direct deposit or credit card billing via our secure online payment system

  • You can provide 30 days written notice and your membership will be cancelled.
